I love the short video showing everything. I've been in a workout funk. This is getting me back!
This was a good workout! I had to modify the push-ups and plank dogs (from knees) but did 12 reps each round! I feel good!
I did a little run up the street for 4 rounds, jumping jacks for one, and toe taps for another! It was energizing and I feel great!
