It’s hard to pick one breakthrough! I think one thing was wonderful about working with Cam is that she meets you on your level. Where you are at in your life. Little changes from where YOU are make a huge difference. Cam is so flexible and real. She understands what it is like to be a midlife woman looking for something better. Finding someone who truly knows where you are at in life is vital! Cam truly understands the midlife women. We are unique, amazing and she gets us!

Prior to my contact with Cam, I was miserable. I could only sleep 4 or so hours a night, and I had hot flashes all night and day. My mood was constantly changing. I was gaining weight for no reason, swollen even though I was working out and eating like I had previously when losing weight. In my first conversation with Cam she told me that it wasn’t what I was eating, but the order. The reason I was swollen was because my blood sugar was elevated. She was right, I had a doctor appt, and my blood work indicated an elevated A1C. After two weeks of following her advice, I lost 10 lbs. It was the first time in months the scale went down. I felt elated. My swelling had gone down, I was sleeping 6 or more hours a night, and my hot flashes were down to just a few. I couldn’t be happier with the results! I highly recommend her services. She answered all my questions, she was available basically whenever I asked a question. I was losing my mind before she and I started to talk. I had never been in a position where I wasn’t able to lose weight. I’m happy to talk to anyone interested that may have questions. I contacted Cam several months ago and told her I wanted to renew from the inside out. Though things haven’t gone as planned for me with several bumps along the way, I have gained a wealth of knowledge on how to take care of myself during midlife. Cam has given me tools such as the importance of protein, food order, being true to myself, strength training and mental strength training! She also taught me to be an experiment of one! In other words, what works for others may not be best for me. My schedule is hectic and I’ve learned the best time for workouts is 5am, walking outdoors is therapy for me and If I have to get in the car and drive somewhere, I’m likely not going to stick to it. The older I get the more I realize the importance of taking care of myself from the inside out! I want to be able to chase my grandkids and get on the floor with them.

I’m so glad I decided to sign up for coaching with Cam. When I started, I felt so defeated-she has helped me change my entire mindset. She takes a holistic approach and she truly cares. Cam helped me switch the light back on inside myself!
